- What the view really is here
- Mosque-side rooms overlook the courtyard and part of the Mataf. The complex's own towers block the sightline from a good share of the rest.
Walking times are our own estimate at an unhurried adult pace, door to named gate, along the route the signage sends you on — not straight-line distance, and not the hotel's own figure. The ranges are wide because lift waits in the towers dominate them: a high floor at a shift change adds several minutes on its own. Add time again at the five prayers, when the approaches to every gate queue. Reviewed end to end in August 2026.
